60-minute Sound Therapy Treatment
Service Description
A deeply relaxing 60-minute one to one Sound Therapy Treatment. This is a restorative session that calms the nervous system, releases tension and brings the whole body into balance. A sound massage for mind, body & soul. Fully clothed and cocooned in cosy blankets on a massage bed, Himalayan singing bowls and tuning forks are placed on and around the body, their soothing tones and vibrations flowing through every cell. You’ll be supported with grounding touch to neck, shoulders, arms and legs helping to release long held tension, building an experience of resonance, release and renewal. Sound therapy is gentle, but not suitable for everyone, so please let me know before booking if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or recent bone fracture. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with full refund will be given up until 24 hours prior to the event. For cancellations occurring within 24 hours prior to the event no refund or exchange will be given. We will not be able to refund, exchange or give credit for any missed sessions within a series of classes.
