Private Sound Bath sessions at the Pause & Be Studio are a unique and intimate experience, an immersive journey into deep rest and renewal. Whether one-to-one or shared with up to six friends, you’ll be cocooned in the soothing tones of singing bowls, drums and chimes, creating a soundscape tailored just for you. In the stillness of our Highland studio, this is a luxury experience designed to melt away stress, nurture connection, and leave you feeling profoundly restored.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with full refund will be given up until 24 hours prior to the event. For cancellations occurring within 24 hours prior to the event no refund or exchange will be given. We will not be able to refund, exchange or give credit for any missed sessions within a series of classes.
