A full-body massage offering dedicated time to step away from the pace of everyday life, relax into your body and simply be. This 60-minute treatment allows time to work across the whole body, with the massage adapted to your individual needs and preferences. From the back, shoulders and neck to the legs, arms, hands and feet, each area is given time and attention to help you unwind. Whether you're carrying physical tension, feeling tired and in need of some restorative time, or simply want to make space for yourself, this is an opportunity to slow everything down for a while. Want to add a little more? Make your massage an Aromatherapy Massage by adding one of the signature Pause & Be blends. Choose the blend that feels right for you and enjoy the additional sensory experience of carefully selected essential oils alongside your massage. Your appointment begins with a short consultation, giving us time to talk about how you're feeling, any areas you'd particularly like me to focus on, and the type of pressure you prefer. You'll then have time to settle comfortably onto the treatment bed, surrounded by the calm of the Pause & Be studio. The massage flows through the body at an unhurried pace, using a combination of techniques and pressure tailored to you. Particular attention can be given to areas that feel tense or tired, while still allowing the whole body to experience the benefits of a full-body treatment. As the massage progresses, you'll have space to breathe, soften and let go of the outside world. At the end of your treatment, we'll leave a few quiet moments for you to gently come back to the room before continuing with your day.
