Whether you've spent too long at a desk, feel tight through your shoulders, or simply need some time to switch off, this treatment focuses on the back, neck and shoulders using flowing massage techniques and pressure tailored to your comfort. Want to add a little more? Make your massage an Aromatherapy Massage by adding one of the signature Pause & Be blends. Choose the blend that feels right for you and enjoy the additional sensory experience of carefully selected essential oils alongside your massage. During your 30-minute treatment, you'll have time to pause, release physical tension and allow your body to relax. This shorter treatment is ideal when you need a little time for yourself but don't have an hour to spare. Your session begins with a short consultation to discuss how you're feeling and any areas you'd particularly like me to focus on. You'll then make yourself comfortable on the treatment bed, with everything provided to help you feel warm, supported and at ease. At the end of your treatment, you'll have a few quiet moments to rest and gently come back to the room before continuing with your day.
