Service Description

Join a small circle of just 6 participants for a deeply restful sound bath in our cosy Pause & Be Studio. Surrounded by soothing light and the gentle resonance of bronze and crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and calm. The limited group size creates a warm, intimate atmosphere, giving you space to truly unwind while still sharing the experience with others. A nurturing escape from the busyness of everyday life. Unique to our studio sessions, mats, extra large bolsters, blankets and eye pillows are provided to enhance your comfort. To make yourself as comfortable as possible you may like to bring a blanket and a pillow or cushion with you. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended as well as a nice warm cosy layer and socks. We will begin with a short guided relaxation to help you let go of any tension in body and mind. Crystal singing bowls, Himalayan Bronze singing bowls, drums and chimes will then be used to produce soothing sounds and healing vibrations that resonate deep within your body. In this deeply relaxed state, your own innate healing abilities are able to work more effectively to bring you back into optimal alignment, enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Each gentle note will melt away stress, tension, and worries, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed. Sound Bath sessions are gentle but not suitable for everyone, so please let me know before the session if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, pacemaker or recent bone fracture.
